The NFL Draft is coming up fast, but before any stars are born playing on Sundays, everybody has to go through the meat market that is college football. Neither Tramon Williams or Jordy Nelson were terribly highly recruited coming out of college, but each has carved out a successful NFL career. How'd they do it?
