What Charity Should The Power Sweep Support in 2020?

The Power Sweep wants your input on what charity we should support in 2020. Between now and the end of the year, we’ll be raising awareness and collecting donations for a cause — and making our own contributions as well.

Below is information on four charities we’re considering this year. If you’d like us to choose one of these options you can vote below. If there’s another option you’d like to see us support, write it in.

Take a look at each of these charity descriptions and see which one matches what you’d like to do this year.

Adrian Amos I’m Still Here Foundation — Established by Packers safety Adrian Amos in honor of his grandmother, the I’m Still Here Foundation supports Alzheimer’s research and awareness. Read more about Amos’ charitable efforts here.

Marcedes Lewis Foundation — Marcedes Lewis uses his foundation to promote exercise, healthy living, and education for children. Read more about the foundation and its work on its website.

Vince Lombardi Cancer Foundation — The VLCF supports key cancer research and offers resources to cancer patients throughout Wisconsin and the United States in memory of Packers coach Vince Lombardi. See more about their work here.

GiveDirectly — GiveDirectly uses data-driven research practices to identify where charitable donations will make the most impact, then funnels money directly to the people in most need of it. Read more about how they decide what to give and where https://www.givedirectly.org/.
