What if we consolidated the NFC North?

In August, a Blue 58 listener who uses the name “Chips” in our Discord server dropped this gem of a question.

The 2024 season is over. Suddenly a reclusive mega-billionaire buys the whole NFL and decides that there are too many players, too many teams and too many games.

So he decides that each division will be condensed into one team.

As he has too many important things to think about he appoints you to create the new NFC North team. 53 players, HC, OC, DC, ST and also 16 players for the practice squad. The players and coaches can only come from the current NFC North teams.

And what will you call the new team?

I figured this was a perfect offseason project, and now that the 2024 season actually is over, it’s time to dive in.

Let’s consolidate the NFC North!
